• relatively high processing fee resolution, which is not refundable upon cancellation (for example, if the title color “baked milk” – essentially white, followed by a refusal and the fee will not be returned);
• in local law has provisions for a uniform plate with approved tariffs for transportation, transportation rules, personal registration cards with a photograph of the driver.

In General, the requirements of the law can be difficult. Therefore, the vast majority of drivers, undocumented. But the most interesting, as they bypass the provisions of the laws.
